As of 1st June 2019, the Tenant Fees Ban became law in England. Charges to Tenants, including admin and referencing fees are illegal.
Reference checking of all tenants is compulsory on our managed services and therefore we've provided the initial two references as part of the package price. Additional references will be charged at £49 each if required and will be taken from the first months rent.
