Founded by Lukasz Jakubowski with just 3 properties. Our first office was a small space in Kensington with a team of two.
2014
Moved to larger offices in Mayfair and expanded our team to 15. Reached 100 properties under management by year-end.
2018
Won 'Best Boutique Property Firm' at the London Property Awards. Launched our premium rental division to serve a discerning clientele.
