Are there any hidden fees?

No hidden fees. Our pricing is completely transparent — the setup fee and monthly percentage are all you pay. Any optional add-ons are clearly listed with their prices.

How long does tenant finding typically take?

On average we find quality tenants within 14 days. We use premium advertising on Rightmove and Zoopla, plus our own tenant network, to minimise void periods.

Can I upgrade my package later?

Yes — you can upgrade at any time with no penalties. We adjust your monthly fee and start providing the additional services immediately.

What happens after I sign up?

You'll be assigned a dedicated property manager who contacts you within 24 hours. We schedule a property visit, arrange professional photography, and have your listing live within 48 hours.

Do you handle maintenance and repairs?
