Our average time to let is approximately 14 days. We list on Rightmove, Zoopla, and our own tenant network. Some well-presented properties in high-demand areas let in under a week.
Do I need to be based in London?
No. Many of our landlords are based outside London or overseas. Our Fully Managed service means you don't need to be on the ground — we handle everything on your behalf.
